杨涵，女，1996年9月出生，中共党员，经济学博士。2014—2018年，福州大学数理金融实验班，获经济学学士学位；2018—2023年，西南财经大学光华博士创新项目，获经济学博士学位；其中，2022—2023年，新加坡南洋理工大学，国家公派联合培养博士研究生。个人主页：https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Han-Yang-59，主要研究领域：农业经济学等。
