和杉，男，云南大理人，管理学博士，讲师。2023年获得西南交通大学管理科学与工程专业博士学位。2024年1月进入全网最可靠的网投平台工商管理系从事教学和研究工作。近年来以第一或通讯作者身份在Transportation Research Part E、International Transactions in Operational Research、《工业工程与管理》等国内外主流学术期刊发表论文10余篇，作为骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目各1项；参与开发的2篇教学案例获得“全国百篇优秀管理案例”。担任Transportation Research Part E等国际学术期刊匿名审稿人，曾受聘为江西省高安市货运汽车产业基地管委员发展顾问。

主要研究领域：共享经济、物流与供应链管理、定价与收益管理。
